JOIN THE FAMILY
The probationary period. The intention of this phase is to become acclimated to the expectations of the program, learn the rules, begin holistic healing, and transition back into the community. Skill Building and Etiquette Training will be implemented at this time.
PHASE II and III:
He will be enrolled in an educational or vocational program. If not enrolled, He shall begin the process of obtaining employment or volunteer work. For those of an entrepreneurial spirit, He will work closely with a mentor to help identify his area of interest and receive step by step guidance on the process of establishing his own business.
PHASE IV and V:
Trauma work is initiated. The clinician will delve into the trauma background and provide counseling to address any childhood trauma or experiences that may impede Him being successful in the community.
Housing and Financial Literacy will be taught as He begins the process of finding housing. During this time, He will learn skills to live independently, learn to maintain current living environment, budget management, and learn to build His credit.
PHASE VI, VII, and VIII:
He will be empowered to give back to the community.
Transition out of the program will begin
Graduation ceremony to celebrate His journey to greatness!
